Wheelchair-Mounted Paint Palette Stand

Client need
Our client lives with MS and paints holding a brush in their mouth. After a long break from painting, they were returning to it once a week and needed their existing wheelchair-mounted paint palette stand reconfigured — raised up to chin level and repositioned so the palette sat right where they could reach it comfortably.
What was built
Volunteer Bill Casewell rebuilt the existing palette mount, moving the palette tray onto a new base with a flexible gooseneck arm. The gooseneck lets the palette be raised to chin height and swung into place directly under the client's mouth, then locked in position once it's where they need it.
How it helped
Our client is back to painting weekly, with their palette now sitting exactly where they need it to work independently and comfortably.
