Wheelchair tray

Client Need
A collapsible wheelchair tray was needed to allow the client to interact with a variety of items, such as books, iPads, and paper.
What Was Built
Our volunteer combined two different styles of wheelchair trays with a hinge mechanism, allowing a stand to pop up and provide the client with increased access to materials.
How It Helped
The collapsible tray provided the client with increased access to materials by securely holding them in place and positioning them at an accessible height.
